This experience forms the foundation of RP New Homes, a business built on understanding how projects truly perform from appraisal to completion.
As a female-led force within a traditionally male-dominated industry, Rosie brings clarity, strategic thinking and commercial discipline to every project. The business was created not simply to participate in development, but to influence it, ensuring schemes are viable, well-positioned and built around how people genuinely live.
RP New Homes operates across four core pillars: Land, Build, Market and Sell. This integrated structure allows clients to access strategic advice at every stage of the development lifecycle, from unlocking land value and managing planning uplift, through to brand positioning, launch strategy and sales execution.
